Please follow these instructions for your order.

Keep out of direct sunlight and heat

Place cakes or cupcakes on a flat surface preferably the floor in the back seat. Do not prop or put in a car seat if will fall over and get destroyed

Refrigerate items before use. Please make sure the fridge does not have any food with strong smells or odors that can transfer to your creations. Also condensation will occur on chocolate covered items. Remove from fridge 30 mins before gifting or event. Depending on the size of the cake it can vary to remove from the fridge 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours for cutting and serving to allow the cake to reach room temperature and for cupcakes remove from the fridge 30 minutes before serving to allow the cupcake to reach room temperature

Dipped fruits and treats are best consumed in 24 hours.
Creative Design Agreement: Nisha’s Creative Creations does not copy/replicate any designs (Inspirational only). Not even our own creations. We will come as close as possible to what you envisioned and will not guarantee it will be exact this includes colors. For orders without pictures you have given us complete creativity to create you something amazing. By placing an order with us you have placed your trust in our skill level and professionalism to design a special creation for your event.
Refunds on Treats, toppers and edible images: We do not issue refunds however we do offer credits (see Cancellations). All our orders are made to order and specifically for you and takes time and products to make each. We will do our best to resolve any concerns and offer a credit towards a future order if something happens during shipment or delivery that could have been avoided on our part. Once the order is out of our hands we can no longer be held accountable.
Cancellations for Orders up to $200.00: Orders must be canceled within 7 days of when the order was needed to receive credit towards a future order. Orders canceled 6 days or less forfeits money paid towards the order and will not receive a credit. Credits must be used within 6 months from purchase date.
Cancellations for Orders $201.00 and up: All cancellations must be made 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event to receive a refund less than the “celebration” retainer or 25% of the total. Any cancellations 7-13 days of when the order is needed will receive a credit for a future order less”celebration” retainer or 25% of total. Any cancellations 0-6 days before the event forfeits all money paid towards the order and will not receive a credit. Credits must be used within 6 months from purchase date.
Celebration Retainer: For orders under $200.00 we offer the option to put down 25% of the total order as a retainer to “Celebration”. This retainer is non refundable. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. If the remaining balance is not paid by 11:59 pm on the due date the order will be cancelled and the customer forfeits their retainer.
Missed Delivery (local delivery) or Pickup: If you miss a delivery there will be a $5.00 storage fee plus the original delivery fee invoiced to you to redeliver when we are available within the next 24 business hours. We will not remake any orders and after 24 business hours the order will no longer be available. The invoice must be paid for us to redeliver. If you miss your pickup time you will be invoiced a late fee and have 15 minutes after agreed upon time to retrieve your items. If you are unavailable to pick up within that 15 minutes the items will be delivered within 24 business hours when we are available. Delivery address will be no more than 18 mile radius from our location. Please understand there will also be a $20.00 delivery fee along with $5.00 storage fee invoiced to you and must be paid before the delivery. If unavailable for delivery the order will no longer be available. We want you to receive your order as fresh as possible and can not be held accountable for your creations once you have missed your delivery or pick up time. We also can not store them for long periods of time.
